1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years or older to access or purchase from this site. By using this Site, you confirm you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

We provide:

A free trial and then monthly software subscription for $397/mo

A digital course designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners grow using social media.

A high-ticket coaching package with lifetime access (defined as access until the business ceases operation or a minimum of five years).

An annual software subscription, paid in full or with installment payments.

3. PAYMENT AND NO REFUNDS

All purchases are non-refundable. This includes:

Digital courses

Coaching packages (regardless of whether or how much you use the service)

We do not offer partial refunds, transfers, or credits. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Annual software subscriptions

"Lifetime" is defined by 7 years or until the business closes. whichever comes first.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We make no guarantees about your ability to get results with our marketing, coaching or courses. Your success depends on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. Any testimonials shared are examples and not promises or guarantees.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including videos, written materials, frameworks, logos, and branding, is the property of Matt Mitchell Coaching LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without our written consent.
